D2E Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for domestic and commercial properties in Melbourne and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms of service.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit card, and bank transfer.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
5. Liability
While we take every care to protect your property, D2E Cleaning Services is not liable for damage to items that are not properly secured or for pre-existing damage. We are fully insured for public liability.
